Dr. Bianco grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. He studied Psychology at Washington & Jefferson College and went on to study medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at VCU Winchester Medical Center in Family Medicine.
